Service

By accessing the Core Chain Fitness website, visiting our facility at Forge St. 101, Industrial District, or enrolling in any of our programs or memberships, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services, enter our facilities, or access our website. Core Chain Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All memberships are contractual agreements between the member and Core Chain Fitness. By signing up, you agree to the following conditions:

• Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the account
• Valid identification is required at the time of enrollment and may be requested during facility visits
• Members must maintain current contact information on file and notify us of any changes
• Membership benefits, including class access and facility usage, are subject to availability and scheduled hours
• Core Chain Fitness reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of these terms or our Code of Conduct

Members under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign the membership agreement. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor's adherence to these terms.

Core Chain Fitness offers multiple membership tiers designed to meet different fitness goals and commitment levels. Current plans include:

• Forge ($49/month): Access to gym floor, locker rooms, and basic equipment during standard operating hours
• Titan ($89/month): All Forge benefits plus unlimited group classes, priority booking, and guest passes
• Apex ($149/month): All Titan benefits plus personal training sessions, nutrition coaching, and VIP facility access

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Existing members will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing cycle. All fees are billed monthly in advance. Applicable taxes are additional.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. Physical exercise, including but not limited to weight training, cardiovascular exercise, and group fitness classes, inherently carries risk of injury. By using Core Chain Fitness facilities and services, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks, including personal injury, illness, or death that may result from participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Core Chain Fitness, its owners, operators, employees, trainers, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of our facilities or participation in our programs.

HEALTH REPRESENTATION. You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in physical exercise. You are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any new fitness program.

Cancellation. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds will be issued.

Free Trial. New members may be offered a free trial period. Trial memberships automatically convert to paid memberships at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the conversion date.

Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Core Chain Fitness ceases operations at your home location
• A documented medical condition prevents continued participation (physician's note required)
• Services were not rendered due to our error or facility closure exceeding 14 consecutive days

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the qualifying event and will be processed within 10 business days.

All members and guests are expected to maintain a respectful, safe, and hygienic environment. The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in immediate membership termination:

• Harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory behavior toward staff or other members
• Improper use of equipment, including excessive weight dropping or unsafe techniques
• Use of illicit substances or alcohol on the premises
• Photography or video recording of other members without their explicit consent
• Failure to re-rack weights, wipe down equipment after use, or maintain personal hygiene
• Unauthorized personal training or solicitation of business within the facility
• Bringing outside guests beyond the allowed guest pass limit without prior authorization

All content on the Core Chain Fitness website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Core Chain Fitness or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

The "CORE CHAIN FITNESS" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Core Chain Fitness. No license or right is granted to you to use any trademark displayed on the site without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Core Chain Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our facilities, services, or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you to Core Chain Fitness in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Core Chain Fitness operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
